It is not so much one thing that we think sets us apart; it is the accumulated effort, certifications, and attitude that make the difference.
Here is an overview of who we are, in no particular order:
A long list of “while you wait” services — We aren’t obnoxious about scheduling appointments. Some situations can’t wait, and others aren’t such a big deal that we can’t adapt. When we say you have to make an appointment, you can trust us that we thought seriously about whether we could fit you in and assessed whether it was a minor emergency we could deal with then. And on the day of your appointment, we don’t mind if you’d like to wait in our lobby and read a magazine article or two.
Station cleanliness — From work bays to toilets, we pride ourselves in keeping all areas safe and clean. We may work in grease and grime, but area residents and our customers deserve a cleanly operated repair shop and service station.
Our people — We would not stand for brusque or cranky people representing our business. We will treat you with the respect you deserve, from our gas attendants to our mechanics to our office managers. We answer questions in complete sentences and do our best to be helpful even during the crush of our workdays. Everyone is very good at what they do and how they interact with our customers.
Courtesy shuttle — If you live or work within a 5-mile radius and cannot arrange your transportation while your vehicle is in our shop, we will get you where you need to be. However, we do not employ someone to shuttle, so please arrange your ride if at all possible.
Technological edge — We use a wide range of computerized diagnostic equipment, service history reports, private tech hotlines, and secured dealer networks to bring you the very best in vehicular analysis and mechanical repair.
Manufacturer, industry, and business certifications — You won’t find a more trained and tested group of mechanics in the area. Or a better run service station and repair shop business.
Wide range of engine-based repair services — We like to say, “If it has an engine, we can fix it.” That’s why we work on cars, light trucks, diesel vehicles, and even snowblowers, lawn mowers, and commercial lawn tractors.
Customer-first focus — That is more than some words to us. We take the time to explain what repairs you need, why you need them, and what we plan to do to fix the problem right the first time. We will gladly show you the situation in, on, or under your vehicle if you like. We could use other examples of “customer first,” but we find this repair example an excellent example of how we operate.
