I don't give 5 stars often. The owner s a hard working honest guy. I've done my own work most of my life but when time is limited & I need someone in the auto industry to trust, I call John. I don't look for cheap parts or shortcuts & you get what you pay for. Good quality isn't cheap & cheap quality is never good

Waited too long to contact someone to plow my driveway after a 12-18" snowfall. I finally called QAT&T on Wednesday, believing they would be booked-up until Spring 🙂 John squeezed me in on the same day and did a awesome job of cleaning my driveway. Even shoveled the sidewalk to my door!

I came here for car inspection because I failed emission at state inspection facility. The owner, John was very nice - he checked the OBD on my car to see if it was ready or not. Since it wasn't ready yet, he didn't charge me a dime. He even did research for recalls for my car, and gave me recommendations for the next step.
